Description

The structure of the tower is formed by a central core of variable dimension in height, and several external steel columns that constitute the facade. These elements are joined by mixed radial beams and a strength perimeter beam, forming a “tube-in-tube” system.

The core, which is placed eccentrically with respect to the center of the floor plans, has a variable geometry since walls are supressed at the top floor. The top of this element is located at level 229.5, so the roof of the tower is completed by a steel structure that gives continuity to the façade’s shape.

The external structure of the façade is made up of by steel columns that are joined to a powerful edge beam at every floor which forms a Vierendeel system.

The most of the floors are composed slabs which comprises concrete slabs casted on steel deck and steel beams connected by studs, except slabs inside the core are solid.
