Description

Torre Pelli is the tallest building in Andalusia and Seville in particular. Urban development is not only limited to the tall building, but also all the buildings that constitute Puerto Triana Center, which are located on a rectangular plot, which has dimensions 355 mx 110 m, with the largest dimension oriented approximately in the North-South direction.

Complex of building is divided into an underground parking, a Business Center (podium) and the Tower.

Structure of the tall building is composed by a central core and 14 perimeter reinforced concrete and mixed columns. Slabs are of solid slab type. Foundation typology is deep foundation which consists in slurry panels.

MC2 has carried out different reports to verify the suitability of the different constructive solutions and details employed, as well as the documentary verification of the As-built project. Additionally, on-site inspections were carried out to check the status of the work and its correspondence with As-built project.
